All of my work is delivered remotely, allowing for flexibility, as well as time and cost efficiency. That said, I can deliver key workshops or sessions on-site for an additional fee, if that’s what your business needs.

Yes! I’ve worked with clients who only had two employees but have seen huge benefits from working with me. Besides, if you employ people, the sooner you have solid practices in place, the easier it is to avoid the pain of high turnover and poor performance. 

 

While it’s possible to implement these things later on, my experience is that any problems you face will scale as your business scales and become more challenging to fix retrospectively. Starting early means that you’re creating a great experience for your employees, implementing tools and processes that will help you maintain consistency whilst enabling business growth.
